    So grateful I found this video as I am currently helping my sister recover from a stroke and heart attack. She is getting stronger through both OT and PT but still has balance issues making her a fall risk; we will be doing this exercise EVERYDAY ❤️

    Thank you so much for this video in the past two years I've had several severe falls that seem to be related to balance and also developed vertigo and ear infection issue. I've had a sedentary job for the past 5 years after being an active hospital nurse. I appreciate that you are not all hyped up and wordy and stick to the business at hand but also you seem to have empathy with the challenges of aging and go slow. Thanks for your patientce nd expertise. Im getting better every day practicing these exercises.

    Thanks. I have found it helpful when doing balance work to pick a spot on the wall or something that doesn’t move and focus on it. Helps me keep balance better
