  • I love this workout. It is quick but really gets my heart going. The sit-to-stands are a killer when you are out of shape. LOL

    Thank you did the warm up and 20 minutes full routine for seniors. Hopefully I can keep it up gently did the twisting exercise as I have osteoperosis in small of back so took it easy as not suppose to twist I think.
