I hate it because… my heart breaks when they break down, when they are real with us. I pray for them, I feel so strongly for them. What hurts is then they come out with product and they never talk about their problems again. And I’m not saying these things can’t bring happiness, they can but it feels so superficial when they talk about these things and then they come out with product. I’ve become like you, Rich.
