From someone who lives across the pond I have to say Her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II was the world's Queen. She was more respected when she gave her covid address than anyone over here. The US lived and respected her more than most would think 11.4 million watched her funeral just on network TV there were many more who were watching on their computers and phones and tablets.

A year ago we saw a display of tradition and respect that was awe inspiring. Do not take these time honored traditions away in a slimmed down Monarchy. This is the heart and soul of the nation. Kudos to the Duke of Norfolk as well. The most watched broadcast ever. ❤

I think fondly about that adorable video of Her Majesty the Queen with Paddington Bear. It showed it all. What a lovely and truly brilliant woman she was. To have reigned so long and have been so loved by people throughout the world is an unimaginable legacy.
