Wow, I've just noticed, she says "perhaps there's one more THING we can discuss: your vampiric friend" - and not only does she directly call him a 'thing' (him and not his 'issue' or 'situation' or something related to him, but him directly), she even puts emphasis on that word. And when Astarion says his piece to this line, she very soon looks away from him right back at you, like he was just background noise. They're driving the objectification home pretty nicely with this even before Astarion voices his reluctance.
