My sister and I were sitting behind the stage with huge curtains blocking our view during the first-ever, headlining arena show, which took place 40 years ago on June 28, 1983, at the Centrum in Worcester, MA. When the band came out, Bono toe down the curtains that blocked our view. During the performance he sang to us. I said, "You are amazing," and he nodded his head to say thank you. Very emotional performance. As you can see, U2 maintains a level of excellence year after year. I miss those days. Would love to see them perform at Red Rock once more! ❤
