I am putting vinyl flooring in 4 rooms ... so I have been watching lots of How To Videos ... Jeff's have been the best. He is quite informative! He is a good instructor... most videos where confusing. When I saw this one I said I found him! Someone who can teach. Thank you! Mr. Jeff...
