A few times I wanted to tie a shirt at my waist for a fun relaxed look but thought I was now too old .The tied shirt looked so lovely and chic on you I feel more comfortable going with the fun tied waist look I have always wanted to wear again.

That's interesting. I'm 57 and the older I get the more masculine I want to dress! In jeans, a shirt and a blazer with loafers or trainers I feel cool and modern. If I wear a floral dress I feel like my granny! Even though I can see that the dress would look good on somebody younger or perhaps just a different body shape. I'm a rectangle, pretty straight up and down and not much bust. A dress doesn't do anything for me. Perhaps we just have to 'lean in' to whatever bodyshape we have.

Thank you for your video. I like all the clothes (even the ones you think are out of style) but I do think one needs to be careful of long oversize dresses. I can hear my old aunt describing people wearing such clothes as 'a ship in full sail'. Are you wearing the dress or is the dress wearing you?

Hi Anne Marie I live in Spain I find 80temp or more in June July august hats everyday but more importantly has to be loose everything in those months not fitted a line or loose deffo like your dresses and I always say in the heat in the day which I had to learn over the 4yrs is there is nothing else you can do after 930evening loose trousers fitted top or straight cut or ankle length still clammy though till end of sept great video
