As a Christian woman who's almost 60 years old, I'm probably not your typical fan. I've never been a fan of rap but your music is amazing. I have so much respect for you because you are a true artist who is true to yourself. I love that you sing about brutal truths that no one else will touch. I also love your transparency. Your generation needs to hear that you can struggle and still overcome the demons that try to take you out so keep doing what you do but don't forget to take care of yourself in the process.

I am white male and I can relate to this song. I grew up very poor. My white skin didn't do me any favors living in brown and black neighbors. I was attacked consistently for being white. We moved so much because my family was so dysfunctional and poor, It took me over 12 schools just to end graduating from Redlands adult school at the age of 25. Which I am so proud of. After quitting multiple drugs, I later went on to college and now have a good career and a great family that Im proud to take care of. I've now been sober for over 20 years and I love everyone the same. I don't judge a man by his skin color but rather yet by his character. Thanks Tom for your messages,
