^PLEASE NOTE: The torso armor pdf is a larger size than regular printer paper. It should be printed at 100% size. You can either take it to a printing store that prints large papers or print it on multiple pages from any home printer. This is easiest to do with Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (which is a FREE pdf reader) just select "poster" before printing.

LEG ARMOR (from episode 3)
Print at 100% size, these are all 8.5x11 inch pieces of paper.

I’m planning on making my own mando cosplay for next Halloween and this has been really helpful for planning in out. Thank you for this😄
  • I have almost finished my mando costume. Your templates helped a ton, so thanks. Mine is made out of duct tape and cardboard mostly with the exception of the gloves, cape, bandolier, and left shin piece, I think it turned out ok for my first cosplay.

You inspired me to make my own costumes from scratch and never let anything crush my dreams!!!
  • it's awesome how smart and quick and cheap your solutions are. like when it came to the stitching I would have either stitched it or used puffy paint but silver sharpie is so smart!!!! i never would have thought of that

these are the cos players i admire and applaud at comicons, 100% home made. well done man! love it!
  • Battastic tutorials!!!!!!! I love thrifting too. I did purchase two 2yd fabrics yesterday from Walmart. I picked out what I like too. One is brown and the other is tan. I planned on for the brown on the outside and the tan inside. I sew it all together yesterday too with no cutting. My flight suit is a scrub jacket (Black) and scrub pants (Black). I bought both from the Salvation Army. All I have left to do is the small details for the cape, and the shoulders for today. Next will be the right gauntlet, my belt, blaster, and rifle.

Thank you! I’m determined to make this for my 15yo son. It has to not look like his mom did a DIY, and I’m so grateful for these vids. These will help so much. I’ve never made anything like this but you’ve made it not intimidating at all.
  • I have been struggling to make this for my grandson for months. You have been a wealth of help. thank you so much
