Officials say the roof of the building where Thomas Crooks tried to assassinate former President Trump had been identified by the Secret Service as a potential vulnerability in the days before Saturday's campaign event. Homeland Security Secretary Mayorkas said an independent review of security will be conducted. NBC News' Kelly O'Donnell reports.
