    Philly guy here....#1 Onions are to be diced, not in half moons. #2 It is not "Cheese with". It is "Cheesesteak Wit", # 3 One Whiz wit (is one cheesesteak with cheese whiz with onions) Or wit out (no onions)...#4 should have used your slicer that you just bought to make REALLY thin slices...#5 I screamed right off the bit...the rolls :). #6 no crisp on the buns, they have to be soft almost steamed soft (but not steamed for real) #7 depending on who you go to. one of two things happen. One you must use your spatula to continue to chop the meat until it is almost in ribbons, number 2, because the meat is slices so thing you only need to flip it once maybe twice and then layer it on the roll as the onions are already incorporated. # 8. Wiz is the only way to go!!!!! Final thought. I am a dick I know, but you did a wonderful job in trying...at least you didn't put real avocados on it. ;). BTW, I am sure I will get other South Philly natives to bust my chops on this, but hey. It's what we do!

    I did this cook yesterday only used marble rye instead. Could not find Italian bread acceptable enough to use but turned out fabulous also used red and yellow bell peppers pinch of salt and pepper as well
