You cannot discount the fear and consternation a young man with no money will feel knowing that his child (and 18 year financial commitment) is imminent!! Be on guard! I am 49 and only just this past May my 18 yr old daughter came off child support (after my divorce from her mother in 2009). I have a Law Degree and make significant income; the child support I was paying for many years was greater than the average annual wage for our State . I was married and in my 30s so I was ready for it; an 18 or 19 year old male will find such a prospective future to be ABSOLUTELY TERRIFYING! Its 2024 and most males do not have a father to give them wisdom and guidance; these young men panic and do horrible things out of FEAR!"

People on here are so cruel. Yes she was too young to be pregnant. Her parents are grieving for her. Just because the father isn't a wreck or crying we all grieve differently. Her mother probably hasn't slept since this happened I'm sure all she has done is cry. They wanted their grandson. They didn't throw her out of the house like some of you would probably do. Teen moms have been out there for years. It's nothing new. So all of you criticizing the parents about now they let her dress the the way she did and continue the pregnancy watch what you say Karma has a way of coming back around. You don't know them!

Her moms eyes tell it all. She’s disgusted. Hurt .. confused and probably lost. My heart hurts for her cause she not only lost a daughter her grandchild as well.
