Auri is such a breath of fresh air with her positive, non-judgemental attitude. You deserve the world, girl!!

I love the dignity you give the people you help. You don't name and shame them, you tell their story, and you clean without judging. And I love how much joy cleaning gives you!

I just wanna say that Olga one day "realizing" her home looked this way is a positive indication that she is healing and coming out of the trauma induced survival mode she has been in for years. Being able to reconnect with her world like that is such a good sign and you cleaning her home is going to make her healing journey out of that terrible state of mind so much easier for her.

Your videos helped sooo much with depression and anxiety, as a stay at home mom with three little kids and health problems I struggled really bad, but after watching your videos I learned that any desperate home situation can be solved, and that cleaning can be fun and enjoyable, and that everyone deserves a clean home. Then started my journey of decluttering and cleaning. Now I'm staying almost always on top of the things. And seeing my kids growing up in a calm, clean space makes me very happy! Thank you!!!💕💕💕💕💕
  • I love that you don't exploit the people you help and share their stories in a respectful way.

Thanks to you I now fold my cloth, use dish soap for majority of cleaning, use power paste, oven cleaner and acid based cleaner for limescale. I feel I am now part of the Auri Army! Love you and your lovely big heart 🥰

"Olga" has invested in some very high quality cooking and baking tools. I can see her baking a cake in that beautiful kitchen! Great job!
  • Hey Auri As someone with a lot of trauma I'd like to explain a little why these homes get so messy. When someone is traumatized (the more traumatizing situations the more likely it gets) then they can basically get stuck in that emotional state of survival instinct that takes all of your energy. They also get stuck in a loop of experiencing the trauma again with flash backs and nightmares. It's called post traumatic stress disorder, often this comes with depression and anxiety and almost always with self worth problems. With all of that you basically have no energy to do basic tasks in your day to day life, maybe you also feel like you don't even deserve a nice home. Often the trauma started in childhood with abusive parents for example and is a circle you get stuck in with abusive partners later in life. It's just that you never learn what a healthy relationship is like and a lot of the bad stuff that happens to you just feel normal. Hope that helps a little to understand Keep in mind these problems are waaay more nuanced than I made it seem in my comment Love your content

I just got several of my coworkers to subscribe to you! It helped us open up to each other and be sensitive to each other. I didn’t realize how many of us pretend everything is okay when in reality our lives (and homes) are falling apart.

You're an amazing woman. An angel amongst us. I slipped into a deep depression after my husband passed away. I never got to this point, but I did have friends who helped me along the way. ❤️ You're not just cleaning homes, you're rebuilding lives.

People who have fleed abusive situations often end up in similar living conditions to Ulga simply because recovery is a full time job. She has a lot of recovery to go through and it takes a LOT of work, the house comes second to working through her trauma. Thank you for helping her.

Auri is so adorable 🥺 We need more sweet kind hearted people like her

I cant wait until Sini starts shipping to USA. Please let us know when they decide to. Thank you for sharing and for your kind heart.

Using dish soap (aka washing up liquid) as a cleaner is amazing, a scraper is so necessary for deep cleaning, I can now clean an oven because of your tips, toilet bowl cleaner for glass in showers is something I would never have known but is really useful, power paste is a great product that actually works on really tough stains & the squidgy for animal hair is really cool trick! Thank you!!
  • I’ve always despised house cleaning, but after watching you, I try to focus more on the “satisfaction” of it. Using a floor squeegee has been a game changer for me! Thank You! And YES, I fold my cloths! 🤣
  • @cherlopes4597
I feel like this one hits near my heart because de house owner, apparently, loves baking and cooking like I do, and has left the passion behind because of her traumas. I feel for her. ❤️
  • @dai7803
You are so respectful and polite to the houses owners! I love watching your videos and listening to your perfect english speaking ❤ Hugs from Brazil 🇧🇷

Thank you for always mentioning how important it is (and that it's ok) for people to ask for help.
