It’s kind of like when Steve Harvey crowned the wrong Miss Universe. You can’t blame the contestants, blame the judges that messed up!
  • Verdict is in: Chiles back in 5th, Bărbosu gets the bronze

Everyone keeps blaming Jordan when they should be blaming it on the judges the most for making that error. I’m glad the coach fully explained it. I too feel bad for Ana Barbosu that got emotional, but it is what it is.

If the media would stop stirring the pot unnecessarily and would report that no one requested Jordan’s medal to be taken away, but only to be sorted out the misjudged scores and how the whole situation unfolded! It is unacceptable that the very judges that are supposed to handle things fairly and by the book, can cause such a fiasco! They should have really taken their time to sort out things properly before ending up with this fiasco! All three gymnasts involved were wronged and all three of them deserve an official apology!

In football you can challenge calls too we don’t blame the football players. She has no control over a judging oversight.

Ok everyone needs to stop blaming Jordan for this. She did what she needed to do and that was perform. Her coaches did what they felt they needed to do, which was inquire about the score. The Judges didn't need to accept that inquiry, but they did. It was the judges decision to give her the credit. Romania has every right to be upset, but that's the way it goes sometimes. The judging is so subjective
  • No one in Romania (that counts) is blaming Jordan for anything, especially Ana. People like to incite to hate, but as Ana said at her arrival in the country after the Olympics, athletes don't deserve mistreatment of any kind, they all worked hard to get to where they are. She also didn't celebrate too early. They officially announced her as a winner before the review of Jordan's inquiry has been solved. Furthermore, no one wants to take Jordan's medal. Our sports federation and other authorities are just trying to clarify for the girls why there was an unfair deduction in Sabrina's case (they said she stepped out of bounds, but there's no proof at the moment that she did, only that she didn't) and why did they announce Ana as winner of the bronze medal while they were still reviewing Jordan's inquiry, an inquiry that neither our commentators or some international commentators have seen appear next to Jordan's name. We literally didn't know Jordan's coaches inquired. They do have all the right to inquire and no one is blaming them for anything. It's the organizers or the judges that messed things up.

As Jordan’s sister said, THIS WOULDNT HAVE HAPPENED IF THE JUDGES SCORED HER CORRECTLY!
  • @elianalamata8137
They were doing their job! It's not like they woke up and chose to steal a medal......
  • The judges made a mistake. Cecile was not having any mistakes, did what she was supposed to do and made a timely inquiry. The judges corrected their mistake and her score was adjusted accordingly. Leave Jordan and her coaches in peace…
  • It was the judges mistake, but one athlete was already robed. That’s it.
  • @teresalegler2777
Well done! Congratulations to Ms Jordan and her coach. Glad she pursued the panel of judges to review the video. Every athlete deserves good representation.
  • @gata_salvaje69
The two Romanians performed way way better than Jordan.
  • @curtisnolin5195
Y'all are just as messy E! Go to where it's hawt, and stay there. I've seen the previous posts y'all have made on the matter, and it is motivated to fuel hate even further.
  • @AJXOXO-vz1pn
Jordan Chiles didn’t cheat. It’s not her fault that the judges messed up. The judges should be required to double check their scores and make sure everything is tabulated correctly.
  • Justice for Romania. Investigate these shameful judges and return the medal to its rightful winner.
  • She didn't steal it but the Romanian gymnast deserves to be given a bronze medal for her performance . Justice for Romania🇷🇴🇷🇴🇷🇴🇷🇴🇷🇴🇷🇴
