Hawthorne 4500 (3000 leaves and flowers + 1500 mg of berries) Craetagus Monogyna. Works well. Growing it in Australia is outlawed, due to it's rapid spread. I remember the amazing perfume from the flowers growing up in England. It is also beneficial for healthy skin. My parents both suffered with Angina and stroke. At 78 I am still good. Thank you Robin. My Canadian G.P. keeps me up to date on the Hockey!!!!

Appreciate you sharing your knowledge with us. At 62, I finally found a Naturopathic Doctor to keep me on my health journey. Hope people finally come to realize how valuable Naturopathic Doctors are for preventative medicine.

I recently moved into a new house and in my garden I have two Hawthorn trees and two overgrown Hawthorn bushes. I started cutting the bushes back and then thought "if a plant is protecting itself with spines/needles it must produce fruit or flowers, I wonder if it has any benefits" 🤔 Started researching and here I am 😊 🙏🏿🇬🇧🇦🇬

Thank you for this info very informative. Hawthorn was one of Dr John Christopher favourite plants , also where I live in the U.K. in 2020 especially the Hawthorn bushes were weighted down with fruit 🤔. I take it but not on a regular basis , I need to get back to dong so. Will pass info along and subbed , here is to continual growth in your channel. Keep up the great work. Peace , love and abundance , have a great week.

Hi Dr. Robin. Really enjoying your videos! I wanted to ask you about your thoughts on another extract and that's Pycnogenol from French maritime pine bark. Seems to be very popular as well with regards to regulating plaque in the arteries and promoting healthy arterial circulation.
