Last night Sati surprised the family with a spectacular guided meditation for helping one get to sleep. I was so impressed I had to record an impromptu interview which I hope helps demonstrate just how easy it is for children to be introduced to these ideas.

I love this! I’ve taught my kids the power of the imagination and manifestation, particularly my daughter as it pertains to going to sleep. How empowering for her to now hear it from one of her peers 😁🤗❤️🙏🏼
