Thanks for this! I am glad you mentioned a powerful sensations in the epiglottis and the Solar Plexus. If I recall correctly, in a past video you mentioned that a feeling/energy above the Solar Plexus would indicate that an action or decision is in line with divine will, whereas a sensation below (a sinking panic feeling) was a sign to take no action, at the present moment. This video got me thinking about this, especially when you mention positive energy in the reproductive organs. Sometimes in periods of intense arousal (or even if you see a crush) you get that nervous energy/butterflies beneath the solar plexus. In an esoteric sense, would this 'below the solar-plexus feeling' be a sign to take action no (even though it is almost a hyper arousal/creative energy?) Sorry this is a bit off topic have just been thinking a lot about this!

Katherine. I have a question about this please. When imagining the light filling the throat and so on, am I to see this from an internal standpoint so to speak, i.e. do I go within myself to experience the light so that I "fuse" with it?
