I hate how everytime you give a cake designer a specific detailed design they will do their own thing what they think looks best without your knowledge. All I want is when we talk about it you tell me your ideas on what you believe will be better or when you go to the process at least let me know instead of me being in shock when I go pick up a cake for an event that looks like nothing I've asked for.

Did you notice that on the five star there's a subtle line across the top showing where the lid of a box would be? That's amazing attention to detail.

Yeah if I ordered a cake and found a huge gash in the side I'd be taking it back. not to mention how many "creative liberties" they took with the design. They really deserved that 1☆

I'm so confused as to why the one-star bakery wouldn't make the cake as ordered. I mean, WHY?? It's not like Rapha's design was super complicated. Way to cement your one-star rating!
