CAN WE FINISH UP THIS MASSIVE FIELD OF OATS TODAY?! #668

Publicado 2024-07-31
Today Jim, Brenda, & the horses are trying to finish up a massive field of oats, with some help from our neighbor Owen! Jim & the horses are raking the field and Owen is round baling the oats.

Watch our videos to learn about draft horses- horse logging, horse farming, and horse training! Jim uses Belgian, Percheron, and Suffolk horses to do work on the farm and in the woods. He teaches about harnesses, horse-drawn logging and farming equipment, horse feeding and maintenance, and voice commands for horses. New videos uploaded every week. Keep watching to see how Jim trains his new Suffolk Punch colts as he has trained his full-grown teams!

I hope everyone appreciates the skill that Jim brings to his tasks every day. Whether he is driving a truck, tractor, team of horses, or a skid steer he exhibits the skill of an expert. Add to that sawing timber and lumber and everything else we have seen and you can color me impressed.

June has really had a growth spurt! She's a beautiful little filly, just like her sister, Bree!!!❤ The raked hay field is lovely. Wish I could be there to smell it. I love smelling fresh cut hay. Nice lunch you fixed, Brenda!!! Brenda, you sure keep all the horses brushed and so shiny. They are all so gorgeous!

There is some stuff I’ve seen on another horse-related channel called EcoSpot and you put it on the horse and supposedly it’s good for two weeks. That fly feasting on Bill was ENORMOUS!!!
  • I was watching the horses come in from the pasture. My all the horses have so much muscle. Baron has gotten. Huge with his muscles. All your horses look beautiful. Good d bless.. 🌹🙏❤️

Duke and Earl stand like old heads now. You all are doing a great job of breaking them

It's nice to see people getting the hay off the fields so fast instead of letting it out there for weeks

It’s a dose of reality to see the true length of a busy work day when the season is in full swing! Beautiful drone views of your productive fields (+nice music). Thanks for sharing. Wondering if you ever give your hardworking horses a nice COOL shower or sponge bath after that hot, sweaty work? That’s my first stop out of the fields.
