This is the 2nd time I am adding this as the internet failed on me! I love the design both ground and 1st floor. I think the designer has done a very impressive job fitting it all in. Only issue I had on the ground floor was the lack of space utilized under the stairs. I would have added a storage area for cleaning things like vacuum cleaner etc. Also there is not much room upstairs (only in the bedrooms) for towels, sheets - like a linen press - so that area under the stairs would have been good for that. The colour scheme downstairs is really nice and classic. There is enough room downstairs for a party if the people wanted one. Upstairs I probably would not like a full family living in such a cramped area. The bathroom is too small for all of them if it was a couple and 2 kids. I personally would say the house is just made right for a couple alone, and perhaps overnight guests could use the 2nd bedroom. However what probably would be better is to use the 2nd bedroom as a study/crafts room - something like that. The cupboards used in the 2nd room could be where items needed in the bathroom are kept as there hasn't been much thought about adding a cupboard into the bathroom area. I would have put a cupboard with a sink on top situation up, not a floating sink alone. The 2nd bedroom door could have been a sliding door and that would accommodate another small area on the inside for a cupboard as well.

Add a bathtub in the bathroom. Take out the window on the stairs , Instead put two or three smaller windows in, add a fireplace instead of a entertainment center, then it will look nice to me ( my opinion).❤❤😊😅💥⭐💖💞🥰✨

Where is the bathroom on the first floor? Minimum only toilet..
