That's a lot of house in less than 1000 sq.ft. I love this one.

Very nicely done, I like the laundry room, using a pocket door to not interfere with the laundry room or kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms are done well and as a senior citizen I prefer showers to tubs.

This is a standout home. Comfortable with an effective use of a cozy footprints. I like the bookshelf behind the settee. Very nicely appointed with a clever integration of rustic and contemporary elements. Nice home - would definitely live here.

No long hallways. Love that the second bedroom is good size for kids to grow. Most designers make it small and use bunk beds. Kids grow and so do their beds....thank you for thinking, ahead

With a few tweaks I could see myself in this one. Nice.

Love almost everything about this house, only thing I’d change is reverse the cooktop/stove and dishwasher. I don’t like sinks or cooktops on islands, especially when you’re cooking or after. And this one doesn’t have crazy roof lines. All that closet space in the master bedroom place is great. Every home should have at least a walk in shower and a tub/shower combo in another bathroom. Nice layout.

Nice and neat right from the entrance..fence and lawn. ❤the 2seater bench besides the island. Not sure about the TV being above the fireplace but those are things that can be changed. Its a no brainer..this is a very l ❤vely house. Well thought out.

Love this home. I prefer the stove to be closer to the sink and dishwasher for ease in cooking and cleaning up. If you have little kids, you may need a bathtub in one bathroom. What a beautiful design overall.

Beautiful, perfect layout and so cozy looking. But, I'd have a full bathtub with shower in master bedroom.

The gathering spot doesn't need an angled fireplace. If you want to do a movie night, the television is skewed from every angle. It's a great floor plan, no dead space. With a little tweaking, this house is ideal.
