I find that Shungite is very calming, but I thought it was just me until I learned that Russian prisons have quiet rooms made from big slabs of shungite for inmates or staff.I recommend it for anxiety

I have built a fully off-grid fully self-contained tiny home on Wheels out of a refrigerated truck box all fully solar-powered with recirculating shower. I have been drinking elite Noble shungite water for a while, also have it around my trailer by electronics, in the last few weeks I put it in the basin of my recirculating shower and I cannot even describe all the benefits!! Very good information. I began wearing a shungite pendant from Russia this week because I'm very sensitive to electrosmog. Also, I've been very sick for about a year with an autoimmune disease. Since I put the pendant on, I have felt completely well. This seems to be a miracle. I am a believer. I have a science background and although we look for placebo controlled, double blind studies to demonstrate the efficacy of treatments and there aren't any for shungite, there is no doubt whatever that my health is much better than it was before receiving the pendant.

Bought some Shungite last week, a flat rectangular piece on some leather to wear... I woke up during the night, and I could actually feel something... on my chest area there was a vibration! I’ve worn sooo many crystals over the years.. and have never experienced that before! I bought some specifically to protect against wifi ect..

I have always enjoyed your videos. When I saw this video, I said to myself I am on the right path. I just started working and looking at Shungite last month. At the time you did not have a video. Then yesterday, the video popped up. I work in a call center, so I have a lot of computers wires radio waves, frequencies and energies around. I started working with crystals in the past 6 months and since I started working with them I have noticed how my environment affects me harshly. The crystals ground and protect and it positively improves my life.
