Epic! Shout out to Nova for being a badass. She had a major asthma attack Thursday night and Tom had to call an ambulance because her meds weren't working. Once she was feeling better she finished the video for release today.

No one can abuse you or put you down unless you allow them to. I've been in abusive controlling relationships and I finally took control of my life and I've been single and celibate for 9 years. I finally gave myself permission to respect myself and not let anyone hurt me again. I resonate with Tom bcuz although some might assume he's being arrogant, I feel differently. I feel like he's finally realized his worth and isn't going to let anyone bring him down. Just like I feel now. I'm not arrogant at all. I'm just tired of being abused and I know my worth and I'm not going to let anyone bring me down ever again.
