They raised the MSRP by 40% to 60% and now offer you a 5% to10% discount and call that a good deal. Only an idiot will fall for this bullshit.
-
I've been seeing the same alarming news about truck sales collapsing for a couple of years now.
-
Full size trucks have gotten way out of reach
-
If the demand goes down, then the prices will go down.

I thank my lucky stars I bought my truck years before Covid.

At this point, I'm going to hit the Personal Vehicle Used Car market of individual sellers to get my next vehicle. It is not just disgusting, but vomit-inducing obscene how the Government has irresponsibly let inflation in America absolutely run wild. (Love your content though, AA.)

Big thumbs up. Anytime you have a chance to travel is a good chance to show the local market for that area.
-
Dealers are obsolete. We need to purchase direct from manufacturer and online.
-
In the early 1900's, you could buy an entire house between $1500 and $3500.

57 to 60k used to be top trim we have a long way to go wages won’t keep up
-
Not here in NJ. Just came from a Toyota dealer. There are still $5k mark ups and high interest. All top packages.

In 2003 26K (0.00%) and some change + tax got me into a Tundra Access Cab, 4.7 V8, 2WD w/ tow package. As trucks got bigger over the years it almost seemed Tacoma sized with a V8. Parted with it this year.

Ive noticed alot of used car dealers have swapped out some trucks for smaller vehicles. Been looking at trucks to buy in a month or so and the prices have been dropping nicely.
-
completely full car lots and dealers still aren't willing to budge... well as the summer drags on that should change hopefully. hold out if you can wait, don't pay over MSRP!
-
I thought the Toyota 4-runners and Ford F-150's were nice looking and well priced. The Subaru's were nice too. So many nice looking vehicles to choose from.
-
Demand will go down when people stop giving a crap about what others think of them.
-
The Maverick was suppose to start at 19,999. So 25k for one is still overpriced
-
Some of those Lightning aren’t a year old. We started making there 24’ late like few months ago
-
Do trucks even come with wheel wells anymore? Is it even an option you can add? Why did they stop putting them on trucks?
-
No, it has not. No, they still are.
