Taking the probabilities from the chart at 34:34 and multiplying them for the corresponding position gives 1 in 158821 odds per seed planted. With your 16 planted seeds it's about 0.010074% chance to get the exact plant you got. What is the chance to get any type of god plant? (meaning 3Y and 3G in any order) There are a total of 20 possible combinations. Each combination has a slighty higher or lower probability to occur, cuz the different positions for a gene have different probabilities. I just calculated 4 of them and took the average (about 1 in 8282) and accounted for your 16 attempts, meaning: The chance to get a god plant after trying 16 times is around 0.1932% or around 1 in 518. That's not terribly unlikely, but still nice. More interestingly: if you plant 210 seeds your chance to get a god plant rise to over 2.5% - I think that's likely enough to go for instead of grinding clones (if you happen to have the seeds, otherwise cloning is prob faster)

It’s very easy to get electric going in caves. Build a small base with a double layer compound above your cave. Set up wind turbines as normal. Use only one side of a root combiner, and place it on the floor of that base, which should be as low to the ground as you can possibly get it. Now go in your cave, and build a double doorframe stack as high as you can possibly get it into the cave ceiling. Stick another root combiner up there. Connect the two, and enjoy your power. Use as normal. Every cave, every difficulty, every location except for one on the entire map, you can get electric and water.

The friendship with the neighbours is why I play this game. This is how I met some of my best gamer friends who I've played with for years. All because we built next to each other. Had a fight at some stage but then teamed up to kill a greater threat. It's rare but it's the best
