I think this is leading up to some lore, in this one SeaWattgaming has been trying to find a way out for 60 years, when the younger verison comes from a alternative reality that's was when the fan just got to him, that's why younger SeaWattgaming said "I just got here and trying to help this dude." the reason why i think the old seawatt faded away is because the 2 realities collided together, each room is from a different reality. The owner of the house may be planning something like colliding all realities together and rule the multiverse, he is breaking reality itself. He is a mastermind.

NGL this labyrinth house could make a good mod (I’m not talking about the portal mod) Imagine you and your friends going from room to room, each having a different theme and having some gags, interactive parts and loot, from cool ‘souvenirs’, to useful things like placeable teleport pads, door stabilisers (prevent doors from changing the rooms when you close it for a few times,then the door is unstable again) and items that you need to progress the game with by going to previous room types to obtain more items and unlock new rooms to explore (basically quests)
