Debby landfall in South Carolina expected as tropical storm moves offshore: Rain, Flood predictions

Tropical Storm Debby is back over water in the Atlantic Ocean and slow strengthening is possible before its next expected landfall in South Carolina.

The 5 a.m. advisory on Wednesday had Debby with maximum sustained winds of 45 mph.

Tropical Storm Debby is moving slowly east at 5mph.Debby's next landfall is still almost a day away.
