    He makes it more complicated than it needs to be. In a nutshell, insulin stores glucose, and when there is too much glucose in the body, the body resist insulin wanting to put more glucose in the fat, organs, muscles, etc. you can lower insulin by lowering glucose.

    It still amazes me how the insulin related health problems are so wide spread and there are still people completely ignorant to what insulin does. Almost like there is no incentive to teach them.
