As far as I'm concerned, ABBA is the best musical group in the entire world!

"In my opinion" mezzo sopranos have always been underestimated because sopranos rich more impressive higher notes, yet like in this case Frida's voice is absolutely beautiful and powerful too. Part of Abba's magic was those two gorgeous different voices combined.

These people make me proud to be a human!!!! Such happiness they have spread on this earth.

I said out loud I LOVED ABBAA in in 70's, 80's, 90's, 00's, 10's, and 20's. So there.

I have much disdain for the cocky, self-important, shamelessly pretentious, so-called "rock purists" who criticize ABBA. Those critics have no self-awareness. Much of the three chord, angst filled punk rock of the 70's was complete garbage compared to the sophisticated chord progressions, melodies and production value of everything ABBA produced. Even today's poor excuse for music doesn't come close. The music of ABBA is and always has been a wonderful breath of fresh air and a beautiful ray of sunshine in a dark, angst filled world. ABBA Forever!!

I can't listen to "The Winner Takes It All" without getting goosebumps. Absolutely gorgeous.

I keep falling in love with ABBA over and over again

I played SOS to my seven year old daughter once. She listened attentively, and when it was finished she said, like a grown-up: "wow she sang that song right didn't she". I think even ABBA themselves didn't know how deep down good they were and how they could touch the soul of anyone with a beating heart, even a carefree seven year old girl.

Don't forget to take into account that all these touching, fantastic lyrics were written and sung by non-native speakers of the English language. This on top of the impeccable melodies and harmonies. They have always been great, but weren't fully understood by many during their active time. Nowadays they are shown the respect they deserved then. Time has already told that these weren't simple songs to be forgotten a couple of weeks later, but that they will remain forever as a significant part of the musical history of mankind.

What an incredible blessed gift to the world ABBA was and is!

Loved ABBA from the get go & almost 50 years later, still loving them. Their music has certainly stood the test of time.

all the blood, sweat and tears for all 4 of them behind the scenes writing songs, recording, rehearsing, dealing with unkind remarks from the public, going through anxious moments before and during Eurovision contest...etc.... these are the things ABBA went through before they became among the world's most influential and highly talented Bands. Nobody said showbiz is ever easy, and ABBA paid their dues without any short cut. ABBA, there will never be another Band like you.
