Hi everyone! Today, I'm trying a new cuisine by making Injera (a sour fermented pancake-like flatbread) for the first time. I served it with Misir (red lentil stew seasoned with berbere seasoning), Shiro (chickpea and pepper stew), and kale.

I hope you'll enjoy the content

As an Eritrean, seeing injera came as a bit of a surprise tbh. It looks very different considering its your first time but well done with the 'Adess' (lentil based sauce).

Injera looks to be good quality, I live in an area that has an incredibly high population of Ethiopians that live outside of Ethiopia..... So I've had my fair share of Injera

The portions are always super huge. Its weird cuz people always talk about Americans and our HUGE portions but man...these portions are always super huge to me.
  • Years ago, a friend brought me to an Ethiopian restaurant and kept telling me that it's not like typical vegetarian/vegan food. It and Indian vegetarian food is amazing, to say the least.

I hesitated, watching this video because I thought your customers would annoy me by asking 1 million questions about the dish but surprisingly they were fine this time.
