The series begins backstage at The O2 Arena on the last night of Lily's tour as she prepares to begin a new chapter in her life. Along with her half-sister Sarah (a total business novice) Lily plans on making couture and vintage pieces available to those who may not be able to afford such luxury items in an innovative clothes store where customers can hire or buy one-off designer garments.
They set out transforming Lily's office into the base for their business. But all they have is the name - Lucy in Disguise - and an idea.

as always she was a little ahead of her time, this business now would probably be more successful than at the time. Vintage and secondhand clothes were not in vogue as of now. I’m happy to see that her desire of being a mum, marry and settle down is a reality now.

In hindsight I would say finish all three segments first before you comment. This film series is more about Lily growing up than anything else. Glad to see she's back on the music scene as her true self. A growing experience for her and her sister.

The amount of lost opportunities they’ve had with this business, having already an established name (owner), and the fact that you give money to your druggy sister is making me cringe so hard on how much this was a MAJOR failure. This could’ve been big, but none of them had the essence to run a business. So, so sad.

I don’t understand why they did not hire a consultant to hold their hand through this. Or at least get education and experience in retail management. I think egos were too big. It also seems neither of them are good with money.
