What are the items, vegetables and fruits to eat which does create Gas? 3. If we eat little little at regular intervals, then upvas (fasting) is not possible? 4.   • I had a major car accident last year and have been on pain killers on and off with other nerves medication because of which started suffer bloating issues. I know the cause was minimum mobility, medications, and depression because of accident. Because of severity I hardly was able to eat but now I started eating normally again. I also used to do regular yoga before and God's grace from last few weeks I started simple yoga again. But bloating is still an issue. Thanks to Vivek bhaiya I can address my bloating issues now🙏
