As an autistic woman, I love Helaena in HOTD little things like how she puts her fingers in her ears when Vaemond is killed and not liking being touched unexpectedly by Alicent feels genuine to me, as far as I can tell the actors portraying her (Evie Allen, Phia Saban)are not on the autism spectrum which I am personally fine with as long as allistic actors do their research and respects us. also, Helaena's hyperfixation on bugs is so cute and helps flesh her character out more than in fire & blood where she is just a glorified womb who exists to be fridged.

It was a brave choice on HBO’s part to have six months in between every airing of a HOTD episode but it was a great opportunity for Glidus to perfect his editing skills by getting a blisstake out inside of a week every single time. He’d never leave us longing for more content for a period of time longer than that, obviously.
