영국에서 태권도는 많이 알려진 스포츠이지만, 사실 많은 분들이 태권도가 한국에서 왔다는걸 모르시는것 같아요. 그래서 오늘은 영국 고딩들과 국기원을 방문해 특별한 손님을 만나 태권도를 배워봤어요.
저희와 촬영을 흔쾌히 허락해 주시고 영국 고딩들에게 태권도를 열심히 가르쳐주신 이대훈 선수님과 국기원 분들에게 많은 감사 드립니다.
레이는 개인사정으로 인해 영국으로 먼저 돌아가게 되면서 이 촬영에는 함께 하지 못했어요.

Love seeing Jayden in this episode, he's a great character. Armand is just adorable, knowing he's not good at it, he still does it in ways to bring joy around him. Nobody is perfect, and everyone shines differently!

Jayden realizing he is a taekwondo prodigy at 18 is so cool. Really highlights the importance of trying new things- sure you might not be great at it, but what if you are? and even if you are not a prodigy, you might still enjoy doing it!

This episode was so funny but honestly Dae Hoon was such a great teacher. You can obviously tell how skilled he is and why he's a gold medalist. Amazing. Such a nice guy too, kept encouraging them and didn't make anyone feel bad.
