  • I like the fact that you count out the excercise instead of an example. This is a great excerise to build my core and keep the scatia nerve in place (I think). I like your enthusiam. I am finding that I keep up with you and plan each day to exxcerise. Thank you! :washhands:

    Love your workouts. I have lower back arthritis and connective tissue problems in the hips and IT bands. Makes working out very difficult. You're a breath of fresh air for this 63 year old lady. Thanks for caring about us. We're often overlooked and forgotten.

    My sister told me about this gentleman. I really enjoyed this workout and it definitely gave me a bit of a sweat. I'm just getting over a sinus/bronchial infection and too much exercise can set off the cough: this wasn't bad, so I'll keep it up and look for others to use.
