It probably won't happen but I wonder if Ian Clark and the Canucks would consider managing Demko's starts a little more so that he only ends up playing ~50 times in the regular season.

I'm surprised it took this long to get an extension done. What leverage did Silovs have to ask for more money? The 10 game sample size during the playoffs? He hasn't proven anything outside of being a 3rd string goalie yet...
