Lyrics

Alright, come close
Let me show you everything I know
A jungle slang
Spinning round my head and I stare
While my naked fool
Fresh out of an icky, gooey womb
A woozy youth
Dopes up on her silky, smooth perfume

Right my little pooh bear, wanna take a chance?
Wanna sip the smooth air, kick it in the sand?
I’ll say I told you so but you just gonna cry
You just wanna know those peanut butter vibes

My, my simple sir, this ain't gonna work
Mind my wicked words and tipsy topsy slurs
I can’t take this place, no I can’t take this place
I just wanna go where I can get some space

Truth be told
I've been there, I've done this all before
I take your gloom
I curl it up and puff it into plumes

Right my little pooh bear, wanna take a chance?
Wanna sip the smooth air, kick it in the sand?
I’ll say I told you so but you just gonna cry
You just wanna know those peanut butter vibes

My, my simple sir, this ain't gonna work
Mind my wicked words and tipsy topsy slurs
I can’t take this place, no I can’t take this place
I just wanna go where I can get some space

Hold my hand and float back to the summer time
Tangled in the willows, now our tongues are tied
How can I believe you, how can I be nice?
Tripping round tree stumps in your summer smile

Right my little pooh bear, wanna take a chance?
Wanna sip the smooth air, kick it in the sand?
I’ll say I told you so but you just gonna cry
You just wanna know those peanut butter vibes

My, my simple sir, this ain't gonna work
Mind my wicked words and tipsy topsy slurs
I can’t take this place, no I can’t take this place
I just wanna go where I can get some space

  • Probably the only song where I thought I misheard the lyrics, but was actually right. Dat peanut butter vibe tho.
  • if a lava lamp could speak this is definitely what it would sound like
  • My friend passed away 6 months ago and this was one of her favorite songs. It's one of my favorite things to listen to now. Very beautiful.
  • Saw some comments on this video having to do with the seven deadly sins, but I couldn't find any conclusive posts, so here's my own analysis: The guy who made the drops is Greed, with his gold foil-covered hands. Greed leads to the other sins. Envy is the girl with the eyedropper. She's jealous of the substance that Greed made, so out of spite, she steals the substance and gives it away. Wrath is the older wrestler in red. Jealousy leads to anger, and that's exactly what happened here with the girl giving the drop to him. He beats the guy in blue. This guy in blue is pride, and the other red Wrath wrestler beats him, and eventually kind of spits on him? Which is humiliating, and the blue guy's pride is hurt - Wrath injures Pride - so Pride turns to Lust to bring his ego back up/comfort himself, and makes out with the girl on the bed. This girl in the yellow sweater is Lust. She leaves the guy as soon as she gets what she needs from him - the sort of instant gratification that lust leads to. The guy laying down that Lust sweats on is Sloth; he doesn't move, he is literally dragged across the floor until he floats over to Gluttony. Laziness feeds Gluttony, and Gluttony ends up acting as a fuel to power Greed. And boom, we've come full circle.

One of the best songs I heard in my life...it has some kind of weird magnetism. I’m getting back to it over and over and can’t get enough.
  • Listening to this song makes me feel like I got pushed in a pool filled with honey
  • I could have sworn this dance was about the seven deadly sins.  The maker of the substance is Greed, based on his gold hands. The girl who started the drops, Pride. The older wrestler in red, Wrath. The wrestler in blue, Lust. The dancer, Sloth. The guy serving the drop on a tray, Envy. The girl at the end being Gluttony. I suppose the substance takes away a person's inhibitions, and causes them to relinquish in their sinful tendencies.  Definitely can't take credit for this inference. There was a top rated comment on this video months ago that went into a bit more articulated detail. I'm sad it fell down. It was the best deduction of this video!

I'm so glad this band is becoming popular. They really deserve it!!!
  • This song gives me both hopeful and melancholy vibes yet has a hint of a very dark feelling. I’m not sure why I wrote that but I think that’s why I like it alot.
  • @hugsandhiccups
This was the only song our baby would fall asleep to, ever. Anywhere she was when she heard this, asleep by the time song was ever. Thank you. ❤❤❤
  • @imikeajr
This is the dopest beat I've ever heard in my life...
  • You really have to be in the right mood to consume this kind of art.
  • The sins are Greed (The drop manufacturer) Envy (The girl who stole the drops and passed on to everyone out of envy) Wrath (The old wrestler) Lust(the young wrestler) Pride(the dancer) Sloth(the servant on the floor) Glutton(the fat girl)

When I heard this song, the first thought I had was: “I bet this has a weirdass music video.” It wasn’t as weird as I was expecting, but it’s still pretty freakin’ weird.
  • This is the weirdest episode of Game of Thrones I have ever seen
  • @Jay_Rule
On a scale of 1-100%, I give this music video a weirdness level of 100%.
  • @Micoolaw
