Millions of people experience tinnitus in different degrees, some are louder than others. Tinnitus is the perception of sound when no actual external noise is present. While it is commonly referred to as “ringing in the ears,” tinnitus can manifest many different perceptions of sound, including buzzing, hissing, whistling, swooshing, and clicking. For some, it can lead to insomnia, difficulty with concentration, poor work or school performance, irritability, anxiety, and depression.

  • None of the Doctors, Specialists explain this Well. They hardly speak to explain. You are God Sent Blessing for small Doctor Mandell😊. Can’t Thank You Enough🙏🏾
  • Wow.... Thank you so much. I did the exercise of putting my one finger behind my ear and immediately I heard that "heart beat" and sound in my ear go away. I gave up hope before watching your video. I asked my doctor and he had no answer to why I hear this heartbeat sound all the time. I'm so grateful. I love watching your videos. God bless you doctor ❤
  • Thank you so very much Dr Mandel you have told me so much more than a ENT doctor that I seen She only told me that I was bigger than the sound that was in my ears And when the sound botherd me to turn on some music and make myself busy doing something Such a waste of my money We are so blessed to have you sharing and caring for us
  • Just when I thought of seeing an ENT specialist. Live long Doc
  • Amen. I have done this twice when my BP has gone high today. It really works to bring my blood pressure down. Thank you.
  • Lost about 75% of my hearing in my left ear from years of vertigo. Leaving me with tinnitus in same ear - sounds like the sea. Vertigo is gone as long as I watch my diet thanks to the help of a physio therapist who specialises in vertigo - saved my life. I'll try these exercises thank you Dr Alan.

After my friend told me that he had tinnitus, a few months later, I started experiencing it too. It began as a sound on the right side, sometimes loud and sometimes less so. I guess as we get older, our signaling system starts to age as well. It’s no longer as brand new as it used to be at the age of 18. I wish everyone a healthy life, and I must say, Dr is great. I started following his advice and also shared it with my friend who passed tinnitus on to me. 😂
  • The Specialists told me you have to live with this,I will do all what I have see in your video!! Thank you Dr. Mandell!! Good night!!
  • Thanks Doc! Been suffering from mild to increasing levels of tinnitus for some years - it all makes sense now as well as confirms my suspicions: I've been suffering from lifelong, chronic sinusitis, so, yeah, tnx again! Blessings to you and yours 💖💖💖
  • Dr. Mandell, thank you so, so much for these videos. I suffer from ear pain due to conjunctions. I ❤ your videos😊
  • My blood pressure medication has tinnitus listed as a more common side effect. And I started with tinnitus a few weeks after starting the BP medication. It is worthwhile reading these package inserts, although you need a magnifying glass to actually be able to read it! I will ask my MD for another version of BP meds without this as a side effect. But yes, it is beyond frustrating to have this condition.
  • THANK You Dr Mandel. God bless you. Your work. Your family. Your work and the effort put into it. Your kind approach. It's deeply appreciated.🎉
