Why are the classic Walt Disney so much better than anything they make now? They lost something in today's world. This is just a great movie.

Senta Berger was absolutely gorgeous. She is 22 yrs old in this film. And she is from Vienna, Austria!

What a delightful story I never knew Disney made this movie. Walzes are such happy music.

Den Film kannte ich gar nicht. Senta Berger, Fritz Eckhardt und Peter Kraus - unglaublich, so jung als Strauss-Sohn Josef! 2022 hab ich ihn mit über 80 auf der Bühne live singen hören. Fit wie ein Turnschuh! Und Senta - so eine schöne und talentierte Frau, immer noch.

I never new this movie existed, i can honestly say the music had me dancing in my chair. It was the music that kept me entertained.

This is the entertainment Disney produced when Walt was alive. It is horrible how his brand has been reduced to indoctrination and porn.

I was 11 years old when I saw this film and was so fascinated. Very happy to see this wonderful movie again after 60 years! Thanks for posting!

This movie is a luxury

What a great film by Disney that is little known and featuring the beautiful Senta Berger. She was so elegant in this.

I just read this in the Wikipedia article on Die Fledermaus: According to the archivist of the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden, "Twenty years after its production as a lyric opera in Vienna, [composer and conductor Gustav] Mahler raised the artistic status of Strauss's work by producing it at the Hamburg Opera House [...] all the leading opera houses in Europe, notably Vienna and Munich, have brightened their regular repertoire by including it for occasional performance."[3] An awesome result for ‘the Waltz King’!
