The Caribbean Disaster Emergency Management Agency's (CDEMA)Rapid Needs Assessment team is already looking at some of the reasons for the significant destruction of the housing stock in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, following the passage of Hurricane Beryl.

They have deployed experts to assess and analyse.
