Here is an amazing thing, stutterers usually do not stutter at all when they sing. Singing is one of the more effective ways to overcome stuttering or stammering. I suggest you to practice pretending to sing more often while you're talking, it can trick the brain into thinking that you're singing, but you are not singing, you are actually talking.
