No doubt the model for The Menu lol
  • Unlike other michellin starred chefs who look like they have not had a day off in decades... Chef Rene trully looks stress free and happy and content... I guess thats the next level after 3 michellin stars ❤️

And yet I didn't see any dish in this video that I wanted to eat. But to be fair, that may rather be due to the video edit, not the restaurant. I'm sure they must have some savoury dish that doesn't just look like a flower. I'm not a goat, after all.
  • i don't think i'd want to move a long way away to work in a restaurant
  • WOW see this eating my 1 euro noodles is priceless . I'd love to eat at noma one day , maybe every year. Really a Dream Restaurant

Yeah but id rather spend at Gordons restaurant or Jean Georges restaurants cuz Noma is trying to hard nowadays so much so they are putting out dishes that go wrong . No doubt chef Rene is awesome but probably needs to work alot more on plating and not over doing things.

..mannnn I ain't see a rib tib, chicken leg, pop tart nun....jus raspberries , flowers and a ikea lookin restaurant 😤🥴...nobody tryna jus eat fresh air bro😅,
  • It's so funny how people who have zero clue wtf they are talking about are bashing noma and other amazing restaurants. For a young cook to work for one of these chefs for free for a season is like winning the lotto. With that name under your belt you can go and cook anywhere. People bash these chefs for having people work long hours for free but it's the same thing as a kid doing a summer internship somewhere. Also most of these chefs came in in the worst environments. Being yelled at and having plates thrown at you happened all the time but you learned how to do the food right and that's just the way it was. People today all want to start at the top and nobody wants to work hard anymore they just want to be handed everything. I came up in this same chef world and I loved every min of it.
  • $135 US bucks per person for some fruit and vegetables.... I'll pass. Where's the beef? :)
  • NOMA needs to learn to get with the times no one cares about their creepy hunting vibe
