My dad was your biggest fan man. He died 11/11/22 . We saw jackyl at least 15 times in Greenville and Cherokee and myrtle Beach. We live in oconee oconee county (where the Worleys reside, I see Chris all the time in Lowes the man works) but the coolest story of me and Jackyl is after hallowbash '99 I was 14 years old (titties everywhere) you were a friggin Rockstar yall played like 2 ½ hour set and signed autographs after. My buddy and me stole a 93.3 the planet birthday bash poster from the stage and yall signed it and when the Worley boys found out we were salem boys they invited us to their house studio to jam with them. Gave us their personal numbers in the autograph and after the tour was over we called them and went over for a jam. Most awesome thing ever for an aspiring Rockstar (14) to jam with REAL LIVE Rockstars at their own home. So cool. I'm a project manager of a home building company (not quite a Rockstar) but I still jam with my same friend that shares that moment til this day. God bless. Take care. Thanks for the music

The moment with the buffalo was fantastic imagery. Sometimes things happen just right. For me this was all about the things you lose over a lifetime, and there comes a time when you do feel stranded. Like I said about the buffalo, you were all alone in the wilderness, but at the same time you were far from alone. The snow and frosty breath both showed the harshness and yet the buffalo were unbothered. Mostly old timers like us (or older) really know what it is like to lose those things (like your youth, health, physical abilities and even some mental sharpness) and people that you had with you all your life. Thank you for another gem I can put in my mental juke box.

I have known Jesse for almost 30yrs and the man never stops amazing me weather it's doing the naked bunny hop across the stage getting shot out of a cannon blown up by dynamite playing 100 shows in 50 days and now filmmaker because this is not just a music video the guys that do yellowstone would kill to have that buffalo shot that's a fact it reminds me of they old westerns on TV when I was a kid and after hearing him talk about how it was done it BLOWS MY MIND

Thank you very much Mr. Dupree for this wonderful track! Today is 3 years that my Pops has rode on into the sunset but if I was to play this for him today I already know he’d be like ‘Is that some new ACDC?” He use to love watching FTS and after the first season I remember he would always look forward to the Jackyl night episodes! After that I would catch him humming ‘Screwdriver, Lumberjack, Down on Me’! Again thank you so much for this amazing track that just makes me reminisce about the good times I shared with my dad.🤘🏼
