I loved the 2002 movie game. I don’t know why but it just somehow captured the look of the movie better than the second game, despite that one being superior. I know lots of people don’t like the webs in the clouds mechanic, but this game was coming after the PS1 Spider-Man game

I love Spider-Man 2018, imo it's the best game yet for overall original story, combat etc. But I do still have a lot of nostalgia for the older games in the 2000s. I still remember in Web of Shadows, a maxed out Spider-Man had a multitude of combos you could pull off in the air and while attached to a wall, allowing for some awesome mid-air battles, where you never even came close to touching the ground the whole time, and even full fights on the side of a building. Sort of broke the laws of physics though 😂

The cutscenes in spider man 2 look so realistic in a game

As a child, I always felt that the Spiderman suit looked better in the first game. The 2nd game is epic! But I think the graphs are very cartoonish

I remember playing Spider-Man 2 and 3 on the PS2 back then but only got to play Spider-Man 2 years later when I was 11 or 12. Still even remember playing it and lucky I got this game again now and still fun to play and even on the PS4 the suit is even way better to take photos of or reenact scenes with. But I can never believe how impossible to get toy biz figure on eBay asking for like $120 but I’ll only buy it again for the right price because THIS SUIT is my favorite ever and my childhood right there too!

The thinner, shinier webs, the more potent colours and the black borders of the lenses of the web of shadows mod makes it look very similar to the no way home version of the Raimi suit which wasn’t even a thing back then
