Shane saying he’d be DB Sewer really went unnoticed 😭
-
Shane once again expresses his desire to be a lil rat guy
-
bob greengrass and ricky goldsworth could pull off the greatest heist in history
-
Anyone else kinda proud that the ghoul boys now owns the copyright to their own show? Like they now can do whatever they want without BUZZFEED breathing down their necks
-
I COMPLETELY FORGOT THERE WAS GONNA BE A DEBRIEF IM SO HAPPY
-
Ryan calling Annie in for the interview and her literally sitting for 2 minutes without saying a word, ‘cause Ryan was excited to give the backstory is hilarious 😭
-
Just wanted to specially thank Annie, Brittany and the set designers for making the show what it is. From essentially building the show from the ground up, I believe it’s exactly what everyone was envisioning. The vibe you managed to create already feels perfect. There’s only been one episode and it’s already a comfort. It really is like watching two nerds hang out in their basement. All of the work and worry really paid off, you should be so proud.

The chairs are SO PERSONALIZED and I am HERE for it.

Something I really love is how Watcher are so intent on giving credit to the people who work with them. Love hearing about what goes into making these shows and properly getting to know the crew, whose work I've been enjoying for years but who never got appropriately celebrated. Fab first episode and debrief!

Ryan trying to dance around the fact that this show is here because of a different show they stopped making while Shane shamelessly name drops said show totally checks out. 😂
-
i hate that ryan is still worried that no one’s gonna like their content. he and shane have come so far and amassed such a big following that i think i speak for several people when i say that ryan and shane could make an hour long video commenting on paint drying and i’d gladly watch and enjoy. the whole watcher team is so talented i bet they couldn’t make a boring video if they tried

I like that the show isn't going for grisly murders, because the true crime genre is filled with explotation of the victims stories and almost always focuses heavily on the perpetrator rather than the victim. So I'm glad that the show is more geared towards intresting mysteries or Unexplained events because it's definitly less depressing and more ethical in general.
-
This is the perfect succession to Post Mortem. I love Shane's idea of living in a sewer to commit a robbery. Also, is Bobby Greengrass related to Ricky Goldsworth in anyway? I'm so excited for the next case.
-
"They underestimated the kernel-heads!" I love that there's been extended popcorn conversations in their shows.
-
The juxtaposition of watching Shane interact like a normal human when having a conversation with anyone other than Ryan compared to the feral muppet he becomes when it’s just him and Ryan is breathtaking.
-
The level of friendship that comes from "You're the only one I'd trust on my team" and concludes with "and we'd be successful" is just beautiful. And I love that you already practised for your future heist by performing popcorn heists. Also huge kudos to the whole team, the set design and overall production value really are amazing!

Shane: "...because we're the best ghost hunters who ever lived." Annie: laughs Ryan: nods in sincere agreement your honor, I love them
-
"Who's actually a stone cold killer I can count on?" Ryan: Steven Lim Shane: Steven Lim Me: Steven Lim

These 2 can read pie recipes out loud for 6 hours straight and I'd still watch.

The bunker feels a lot like an actual government facility somewhere and the basement feels like amateur sleuths someone’s house. The crossover would be an 80s supernatural mystery movie if I’ve ever seen one.
