The KEY to unlocking your WEAK foot - football skills tutorial. In today's video, professional football player Will John shares some tips on what you can do to unlock your weak foot. Being a left-footed player (and a very good one at that), Will has always worked on becoming better with his right, and while not being completely ambidextrous yet, he's close - so if you want to improve your weak foot and become two-footed, this football skills tutorial is a great base to start from. Good luck!

Sometimes in matches i have used my weak to score nearly of instinct. But that was due to match experience in tight situations and not necessarily weak foot trainning

Best thing to improve in football is to play street football, since I started playing football in my area with the other kids (theyā€™re 1-2 yrs younger but itā€™s better than nothing) outside of individual and academy training,my weak foot,my skills,my shooting,my stamina, everything has improved

The weak foot (in regards to balancing) is actually the one you don't balance on the most, so sometimes we might think it's our left foot, but it's actually our right if we use that the most to strike/juggle, so we might end up not balancing as much on our right to strike/juggle with our left foot
  • Great video. I actually don't have a weak foot because I was a Messi fanboy when I was a kid so bad that I completely trained with my left foot. Now I'm left-footed and my right is just as strong. Benefits of following greatness

I like training my weak foot. It's the reason I train nowadays, it's a fun challenge.

Tbh I improved my weak foot (left foot) just by shooting with it repeatedly, using the gate of my house as a goal post and also in the back yard . My weak foot improved in a week and Iā€™m also able to replicate it on the pitch but now I need to practice shooting with more power and technique.

It took me years to get confident with my weak foot like I was always good with dribbling with it but shooting and passing was terrible. Only after I really focused on making it better then did it improve

Drag back like in a game (moving away from players). Juggle reach juggling record. Dribbling like you have no strong foot (once a weak). Do skills that you can only with strong. Shooting, lock your ankle, get close to net.

  • Hello, Thank you @Unisport for making this video this really is helping me and i am currently unlocking my weak foot. Right now the best advice I would give is look how you use your strong foot, look at how you juggle with it and try to apply that same mechanics to your weak foot. I hope this helps you with your journey and good luck !šŸ˜€
