This guy went from asking Hamburgers in a pink suit, making people smile and laugh, to a damn talented singer making feel the pain of some people lighter, enchanting them with nice songs. I grew up watching him, and now i keep growing listening to him. Amazing song

This song is for my stepfather, Eric Steele. He treated my Mom like a queen, became the father my sister and I never had, and we were destined to have a happy life together. Unfortunately, the cancer in his body derailed those plans and claimed his life. He passed away on March 29 at around 10:45 pm. He will forever be missed.

I think this song is the most heartbreaking when u dont interpret it as someone who hasnt moved on from a past relationship, but instead as "the person im with isnt the person i love anymore cause they have changed, but when i look in their eyes sometimes i still remember the person they used to be, whom i fell in love with. And I hope that one day they can come back to me."

Found a short glimpse of my mom in this song. She would always take the world of my shoulders and turn the rain to rainbows when i was blue. I miss her every day, her touch and the way it was. I'm just passing time, till i see her again one day. Joji manages to capture heartbreak all the way into the deep core of humanity. <3

i remember us singing along to this song while i was in the back of his motorcycle on his way to his place. didn't really hit hard back then but now that its been almost 2 years without him, this song makes me cry
