After watching your video I wanted to share this quote I saw a few days ago. “New York is 3 hours ahead of California, but that doesn’t make California slow. Someone graduated at the age of 22, but waited 5 years before securing a good job. Someone became a CEO at 25, and died at 50. While another became a CEO at 50 and lived to 90 years. Someone is still single, while someone else got married. Obama retired at 55 and Trump started at 70. Everyone in this world works based on their time zone. People around you might seem to be ahead of you and some might seem to be behind you. But everyone is running their own race, in their own time. Do not envy them and do not mock them. They are in their time zone and you are in yours. Life is about waiting for the right moment to act. So, relax and do you!” You are doing amazing, Kalel! Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. I hope OC is treating you well💕 Happy weekend!

You mentioned that in your 20s you focused on all the wrong things and now don't have a good foundation to go into in your 30s. Can you do a video going into more detail about this? Such as what advice would you give someone in their 20's so that they have a better foundation later in life?

Girl, im not where I want to be in life either! Im 31, been divorced already, no kids, just now working (and struggling) on a nursing degree after 10 years in the Air Force, live in a tiny apartment i'm renting in the middle of Boston, and with someone that i'm working through problems with even though we love each other and have been together for 5 years. You will get to where you need to be when the time is right. Everyone has their own unique path in life :)

Shane Dawson needs to do a documentary on you. I'm sure a lot of people can relate to the things you are going through right now.

Your life is not sad at all, you have a very beautiful and comfortable life. This comment is from someone who is from Iraq! You have no idea how many people would want to live the life that you are living, you are young, successful and have a great personality, I'm pretty sure that you won't be lonely for long time.

Girl I am classically trained in piano and let me tell you, it will change your life in such incredible ways! It’s such a therapeutic art to learn and VERY rewarding 💕 best of luck on your musical journey.... I have a feeling you’ll succeed quickly in your studies 💕💕💕
  • At 27 and with the failing of a relationship I really had hope for, I feel for you so much. I've been thinking the same lately, going into my 30s without a lot of the same things as other people might. There's always time to change, and the internet is a cruel place sometimes but that doesnt take away from your inherent worth. Keep your head up, you're amazing as long as you're trying hard for yourself.

This is so endearing. I don’t know why people are so mean to you. I always watch your videos and see all the comments and I’m so shocked at some of the things people say but I hardly ever comment on videos so I didn’t say anything. I hope you know that there are lots of us who adore you and just don’t say anything or don’t read the comments but we look forward to your videos. You are so true and vulnerable. I love watching you because I love being to relate to you and feel like I’m not alone. Thank you for sharing your life with us! ❤️❤️❤️

Kalel, you are breaking the mold of what we are "expected" to do by the time we get to 30. I appreciate you showing a different side besides the typical "get married, have kids, buy a house, etc." by the age of 30. First off that isn't everyone's dream and also it leaves most people unhappy so don't worry, you're doing just fine!
  • @VitaDomenica
If more people were as honest and raw about their mental headspace, their life situation, the pain their soul goes through as you are then we could shatter the false perfection mentality society values. More people would work to resolve their problems and understand that life is a journey and that every individuals timeline is not linear. Everyone grows and evolves differently. Thank you for sharing your life with us, both the high and lows <3
  • @dreamisland8454
I think that your talk at the end was very incredibly mature and well stated. And I'm sorry that it hurt how cruel people can be, however you are bringing up topics that a lot of people like to hide their pain and you are bringing awareness to the fact that it is okay to be low! So proud of you girl
  • @DaangMel
City of starrrsss are you shining just for meeee
  • Ariana Grande said it right in her billboard speech. "If you have no idea what you're doing with your life, you're not alone."

I’m 36 and earlier this year I got out of a 16 year relationship. I went along with everything he wanted to build his dream life. Now I’m single and have no idea what I want; what I like. The thing that broke us was LA. He wanted that fake life and I just wanted to be normal slightly weird me. I’m still hurt about the situation; not the romantic crap but the friendship and experiences we shared. He was my person for over half my life. So Kalel, there are those of us who somewhat understand what you’re going through. Not all of our emotions are rational but they are ours and that’s ok. I’m sending love, big hugs and positivity to all that need it. 💚🤗✨

Life is not pretty, and so many people out there have got the wrong idea because of the perfect surface on social media. You are brave that are sharing the truth, and it is very needed in our society today! It is important to know that parts of life are gonna suck, it is gonna be hard and feel like it is the end of the world sometimes. That is just life. Sending as much love to you as I can <3
  • @angie-sw8uo
hey i just wanted to let you know that you are loved. and if someone hasnt told you today then here it is. thank you for being here, it truly means a lot. love you ♡

People forget that YouTubers have feelings. YouTubers are HUMANS. People think that weak people are those that have struggles, but success is being able to be vulnerable. I think it's sad that humans are losing their ability to empathize, to properly communicate and show kindness. People forget that they themselves aren't perfect. Kalel, I am so proud of you and your life is precious and you inspire me. I love the life you are living because you are the realest person I know. People put others down because they are insecure. I want you to know that there will always be naysayers but you are literally a breathe of fresh air. You could do a video talking about cats or even talking about anything and I would still watch. I support you ♥️
  • @sharlainjapan
I appreciate you sharing your lows as well as the best parts of your life. If you only shared the highs I can bet you 100% there would be a bunch of people complaining that you're fake and try to pretend your life is perfect. Just keep doing you girl, love watching your journey <3
