The red pepper dip of the eggplant dip are totally different dips… One is sweet and one is kind of bitter

I like the garlic herb pizza dough from TJs and I use the red pepper almond pesto as pizza sauce. The dried tomatoes are good on pizza too.

Unfortunately I can't get to Trader Joe's. I don't even know if we have them around here honestly. I just get Walmart delivery delivered to my house which they only started that about a year ago.

Unfortunately, I was able to get down to 190.8 at one point when I was 264 before. Now I am back up to 198. I can't seem to lose anymore and it's hard to even maintain. I am completely blind so it's hard to cook certain foods for myself. For well over a year now I have been living on plain Cheerios with a bananas sliced up into it seedless grapes and bananas chef salad for lunch or dinner and trying to find something remotely healthy for my third meal of the day. I was doing occasional snacks like whole wheat Ritz cracker serving size 5 with some peanut butter or a serving of sun chips. Allowing myself to have or I should say trying to have lol 24 g of sugar per day but I do know that's one of my biggest problems is I'm addicted to sugar and I have been doing way too much of that occasionally. I do know it's really freaking hard to be the only one trying to eat healthy when everyone around you is not giving a care in the world and eating whatever and however much they want to.
